Annual Property Management - £200

This includes:

Weekly Property checks
Monthly Inspection email report
Utility Bill Payment Report
Key Holding
Bill Payment (£50 - £100 float)
Arrange Gas and Water Bottles
Additional assistance charged at an agreed hourly rate

Property Letting:

Holidaylettings – cost of ad. plus 10% commission on lettings
Long Term Letting – arrangement fee of £50 plus 10% monthly commission
Minimum Property Service - Keyholding Service (£35 per year)

We do all the administration and we can pay money into a nominated bank account or keep an account for you.

Welcome Pack for clients.
Standard Pack £10: Tea, Coffee, Milk, Sugar, 1 litre of Soft Drink or Carton of Fruit Juice, Bread, Butter, 5Ltr Water, Jam and Toilet Roll. (Additional items supplied at cost.)
Plus Pack - £15: Standard Pack plus Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap, Shower Gel, Cream Cheese, Honey, Sweet Biscuits, 6 x Eggs and Small Tub of Washing Powder, Green Sponge, Washing Up Liquid, Cloth, Bin Bag. £12 for Holiday Lettings clients.
Meet and Greet £10 - Meeting and greeting you or your clients at your property with your keys.
Apartment Check £10. After guests departure we do an inspection for damage and advise by email if deposit should be returned. If you are a Full Management client, there is no extra charge and we will inspect when we do our normal weekly check.
Full inventory check after apartment letting - £20.00 extra
Marking up your bed linen and towels - £10.00.

When balconies / sun terraces / furniture are cleaned, sometimes the dust and sand can reappear very quickly. If you wish this to be done we will endeavor to clean as near to new guest arrival as possible, usually the day before arrival. (Useful to have covers for furniture). Full schedule of what is covered by each type of clean and prices are available on request.

All cleans are assessed individually taking into account:

Laundry Option

All Laundry needs to be marked and we suggest using your LA number, that we supply you. We can do this for you at a charge. One load will wash bedding from 1 double bed and 2 single beds, plus a maximum of 8 towels.
